Trackytt — mining access control and traceability

Problem

The mining industry operates in remote, hard-to-reach environments where controlling access to risk zones, tracing people and assets, and sustaining operational safety are critical.

Solution

Trackytt, an end-to-end management platform that integrates software, embedded hardware, sensors and AI: access-barrier management for risk zones, people and asset tracking, e-Beacon tags for automatic opening, PLC control and NTCIP signalling for mining traffic.

Technology

Software on Linux, embedded hardware (barrier controller board), IoT, real-time sensors and AI computer vision on FPGA.

Outcome

Personnel geolocation at remote sites, more than twenty autonomous access islands, real-time smart sensors and traceability in hard-to-reach environments.
