A smart-grid telemanagement platform tailored to each customer, integrating smart metering, network remote control, distributed generation and an AI analytics layer. The server and data stay with the utility.

Technology

Interoperable smart metering (PRIME alliance), network remote control, GIS integration and AI analytics. Includes a Smart Grid Emulator (ERI) to model topologies before deployment.

Outcome

Active demand management, remote cut-off and reconnection, network automation and loss reduction — telemetry turned into operational decisions.
